Let's start making our drink. We mix fresh or thawed cranberries with sugar and blend them.
- Cranberry: 300 g
- Sugar: 100 g

Boil two liters of water and pour in the cranberries, leaving about 100 milliliters of boiling water. Stir actively and let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a pitcher or another suitable container, adding fresh or dried thyme sprigs to steep.

Now ginger. Peel a fresh root about 3-4 centimeters long and grate it. Squeeze the juice from the ginger through a sieve or cheesecloth into the cranberry juice, then pour the ginger pulp with the remaining boiling water and strain it into the drink.

Everything is ready, you can add gin to taste and start celebrating! The drink can be made in any quantity and stored in the fridge.
