This cocktail combines the richness of blended Scotch whisky, the creamy tenderness of coconut cream, and the fruity freshness of pineapple syrup and lemon juice. The unique preparation method transforms the drink into a gastronomic adventure: after 12 hours of infusion, the liquid separates to form coconut cheese that perfectly complements the cocktail. The chilled drink is served in a frozen flute glass with a light sparkling accent, creating an unparalleled texture and taste. Pour all ingredients into a metal container, mix into a homogeneous mass, cover with a lid, and leave for 12 hours at room temperature (at least +20°C).
- Scotch blended whiskey: 600 ml
- Coconut cream: 300 ml
- Pineapple syrup: 40 ml
- Lemon juice: 20 ml

Open the container and separate the separated fractions: the white curd part (the top) from the liquid - the cocktail (the bottom part).

From the top part, you can make coconut cheese and serve it as a snack with a cocktail.

Pour the lower part into a bottle and chill. Serve in a frozen flute glass: pour 120 ml of the drink into the glass and top with 30 ml of sparkling water.
