Dried Fruit and Lingonberry Compote

Dried fruit compote is a wonderful thing, but it often lacks a slight sourness to balance the taste. Sometimes lemon is used for this, but in this recipe lingonberry is responsible for the sourness and pleasant bitterness.

Wash the dried fruits in warm water.
