Peel the mango and cut it into medium-sized pieces suitable for blending (it's better to take green Brazilian mango rather than yellow as it's less sweet)
- Mango: 0.5 piece

We cut the melon into medium pieces and put them in the blender.
- Melon: 1 piece

Washed sorrel and basil along with the stems
- Sorrel: 0.5 bunch

We add a spoon of bee pollen (if it's not available, you can skip it, it won't taste worse; just a bit less beneficial)
- Flower pollen: 1 tablespoon

We squeeze juice from 4 oranges
- Oranges: 4 pieces

Pour some agave syrup into the blender (to avoid using sugar), it can be replaced with maple syrup.
- Agave syrup: 2 tablespoons

We mix everything at high speed for about 5 minutes and serve it garnished with a mint leaf.
