Mint tea with ginger and honey is a fragrant and warming drink that harmoniously combines the freshness of mint, the spiciness of ginger, and the sweetness of honey. Its roots trace back to European tea-drinking traditions where natural herbs and spices were used to boost health and maintain tone. This tea has a soft, refreshing taste with light citrus notes thanks to the addition of lemon. Cinnamon adds a gentle warm depth to the drink. This tea is especially beneficial in cold weather — it warms you up, boosts immunity, and helps with colds. It is served with mint or lemon balm leaves, making it not only tasty but also aesthetically pleasing. An ideal choice for a cozy evening or relaxing break.
