To make caramel sauce, mix 100 ml of water and 100 grams of sugar. Place the mixture over medium heat and evaporate one third. Add 2 tablespoons of high-fat cream, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, and ground cinnamon.
