Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and freeze for at least 24 hours OR buy a bag of frozen pumpkin
- Pumpkin: 50 g

Pour a teaspoon of honey into milk (all in a glass) and put it in the microwave on maximum power for 1 minute.
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
- Milk: 1 glass

Mix joyfully.... :) until the honey is completely dissolved in the glass

Put pumpkin in the blender, pour in the resulting mixture, add cinnamon, and blend everything.
