This aromatic drink combines the freshness of green tea, the warmth of cinnamon, the spiciness of ginger, and the gentle fruity sweetness of apple. European cuisine has long focused on the combination of spices and tea, creating cozy warming recipes perfect for cool evenings. The taste of this tea is layered: first, there is a subtle astringency from the green tea, then the sweet-spicy aroma of cinnamon unfolds, ginger adds a light sharpness, and apple softens and enriches the composition. This tea not only warms but also tones up, awakening strength and improving mood. It is especially good in the autumn-winter period when comfort and coziness are desired. Re-steeping reveals new flavor nuances, making each cup special.
