Coffee latte with Biscoff cookie butter is a cozy European treat that captures the essence of winter evenings and warm family gatherings. This drink emerged as a way to combine the creamy milk texture of latte with the rich flavor of spiced Biscoff cookies beloved in Belgium. Warming anise and cinnamon add sophistication, while a fluffy layer of cream brings festive lightness. It’s perfect for leisurely morning awakenings or cozy evenings by the fireplace. Best served with crunchy Biscoff cookies for dipping into this aromatic coffee elixir, enjoying its sweet-spicy notes.
