Ginger tea with lemon is a drink with deep roots in European cuisine and folk medicine. Its warming taste and refreshing citrus aroma make it an ideal companion for cold days or moments when you need to regain strength. Ginger adds a slight spiciness to the tea, stimulating circulation, while lemon adds a pleasant tartness and enriches it with vitamins. This tea not only quenches thirst but also has healing properties: it helps with colds, improves digestion, and provides vitality. It is best enjoyed hot and without sugar to fully reveal the range of natural flavor nuances.

1
Peel half of the ginger root, grate it on a fine grater or slice it thinly (I made slices), place it in a teapot, and pour boiling water over it.
- Fresh ginger: 0.5 piece
- Water: 400 ml
2
Squeeze 1/4 lemon into a teapot with ginger and let it steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Lemon: 0.3 piece
3
Drink hot without sugar!
