Rowan berry liqueur is a traditional drink of Russian cuisine that embodies the rich taste of late autumn. Its roots trace back to village recipes where rowan berries were used to create aromatic infusions. The deep ruby color of the drink combines with the astringency of rowan, the softness of cherry leaves, and the gentle sweetness of sugar. Vodka adds strength while citric acid provides a light refreshing tartness. This drink perfectly complements winter evenings by the fireplace or festive tables, creating an atmosphere of coziness and warmth. Over time, the taste of the liqueur becomes even more harmonious, and its rich berry aroma unfolds deeper. It is consumed in small glasses as an aperitif or dessert drink, enjoying its rich shades and complexity of flavor.
