Blend the sea buckthorn with basil leaves and grated fresh ginger root.
- Sea buckthorn: 1 glass
- Red Basil: 4 stems
- Fresh ginger: 1 piece

Grate the lemon: you need the zest.

Mix the puree, lemon pulp, add sugar, stir well and bring to a boil over low heat. (Be careful: it won't take long)
