Cappuccino in Turk

15 minutes
Cappuccino in a cezve is a harmony of rich coffee flavor and velvety milk, born in the heart of Italian coffee culture. Unlike the traditional method of making cappuccino with an espresso machine, this version reveals the art of brewing coffee in a cezve. The deep, rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee combines with airy milk foam, creating a delicate and harmonious taste. The light bitterness of the coffee is gently balanced by the sweetness of the milk and chocolate crumbs, adding an exquisite touch. This cappuccino is perfect for cozy morning rituals or leisurely evening conversations.

1
Place a spoon of coffee in the cezve, add 40 ml of cold water, and brew classic espresso or black coffee.
- Ground coffee: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 40 ml
2
Pour into a cappuccino cup. If using sugar, add it as well.
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
3
We heat the milk almost to boiling and pour it into the French press.
- Milk: 150 ml
4
Now we need to whip the milk into foam. For this, we quickly lower and raise the stick.
5
This needs to be done very energetically. If the French press is small, it's better to froth the milk in two batches.
6
Carefully pour milk into the coffee. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and serve.
- Milk: 150 ml
- Dark chocolate: 4 g
