Cordial

4 servings

90 minutes

Cordial is an exquisite French syrup that combines the rich flavors of red and black currants with the gentle tartness of strawberries and lemon juice. This drink originates from European traditions of creating fruit liqueurs and syrups used as bases for cocktails and refreshing beverages. Its deep berry flavor makes it an ideal complement to sparkling water, champagne, or strong drinks, as well as desserts. Cordial is prepared by slowly boiling berries with sugar, allowing their natural sweetness and aroma to unfold. The filtered syrup achieves purity and clarity, perfectly suited for elegant presentation. Cordial is not just a drink but a true delight that can elevate any dish or beverage with its refined taste.
