Peel the pineapple, remove the core, cut it into 4 lengthwise pieces, and then slice it thinly.

In a blender, blend raspberries, pineapple, rice milk (can be replaced with regular milk), and mint leaves. If you have time and desire, you can blend the raspberries separately and strain them through a sieve to remove the seeds. This is what all professional chefs do.
