Clean and finely chop the ginger.
- Ginger root: 65 g

Squeeze juice from the lemons.
- Lemon: 2 pieces

Mix lemon juice with sugar syrup and honey.
- Sugar syrup: 140 ml
- Flower honey: 60 g

Pour 300 ml of soda from the bottle.
- Carbonated water: 1 l
