Lemonade "Tarragon"

Tarragon, known as tarkhun, is traditionally used in cooking and folk medicine for its beneficial properties. Wash a large lemon (200 grams) thoroughly. Remove the zest. Chop the tarragon. Blend it, add sugar. Mix well.
- Lemon: 200 g
- Tarragon: 50 g
- Sugar: 80 g

Peel the lemon, separate it into segments. Combine with tarragon, squeezing juice from each segment.

Pour drinking water (can be carbonated) and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (ideally overnight).
- Water: 1300 ml

Strain the prepared lemonade. In a glass, add ice, a sprig of tarragon, and pour in the lemonade.
