Yellow Sling is an exotic cocktail inspired by British mixology traditions. Its name hints at the sunny brightness of passion fruit, giving the drink a rich tropical flavor with a slight tartness. The combination of dark and light rum creates a deep, warming base, while absinthe adds a spicy note of bitterness. The special presentation makes it not only a gastronomic delight but also a true spectacle—sugar with banana caramelizes under the flame of absinthe, imparting smoky spice aromas to the cocktail. Yellow Sling is perfect for parties; it not only quenches thirst but also turns an ordinary evening into an exciting event.
