Mandarin-pineapple smoothie with buckwheat flakes

Mandarin-pineapple smoothie with buckwheat flakes is an unusual combination of bright fruity flavors and healthy grains that provides a boost of energy and freshness. Italian cuisine is known for its simple yet elegant combinations of ingredients, and this smoothie is no exception. The delicate sweetness of pineapple perfectly complements the citrus juiciness of mandarins, while buckwheat flakes add a pleasant texture to the drink and make it more filling. Rice milk maintains the lightness and softness of flavor while preserving the concept of healthy eating. This smoothie is ideal as a quick breakfast or refreshing snack that can provide a feeling of vitality and enjoyment with every sip.

1
Peel the mandarins. They are the only citrus fruits, besides very ripe oranges, that can be blended just by peeling.
- Tangerines: 400 g
2
Peel a piece of pineapple (I have 700 grams, which is half a pineapple) and remove the core. Cut into medium pieces.
- Pineapple: 700 g
3
Take 300 ml of rice drink (see the story) (if unavailable, you can replace it with low-fat milk, but then the idea of healthy eating is lost, or with water), buckwheat flakes, mandarin slices and pineapple and blend at high speed.
- Rice milk: 400 ml
- Buckwheat flakes: 3 tablespoons
- Tangerines: 400 g
- Pineapple: 700 g
4
Let it stand for about 10-15 minutes, during which the buckwheat flakes will swell.
5
Add another 100 ml of rice drink and blend again. If the smoothie is still thick, adjust with water or rice drink to the desired consistency.
- Rice milk: 400 ml
