Ingredients

• Dry champagne: 130 ml
• Brandy: 30 ml
• Cane sugar: 0.5 tsp
• Angostura: 2 ml
• Lemon zest: to taste

Cooking steps

1. Pour brandy and bitters into a tall cocktail glass (usually a champagne glass), add sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

   Required ingredients:

   • Brandy: 30 ml
   • Angostura: 2 ml
   • Cane sugar: 0.5 teaspoon

2. Pour icy champagne. Garnish with a spiral of lemon zest.
