    Cut a beautiful strip of lemon zest about two centimeters wide (wider is also fine). Squeeze some lemon juice. Moisten the outside of the glass with it and dip the edges and walls of the glass in powdered sugar. Roll the zest strip into a ring and secure it inside the glass.

    Pour cognac and liqueurs into a shaker, shake with crushed ice, and strain into a glass. You can also add a small ice cube.
