A refreshing kefir drink with cucumber, dill, and garlic is a light and nutritious dish rooted in European culinary traditions. This drink combines a fermented milk base with crunchy cucumbers, aromatic dill, and zesty garlic, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. Kefir adds a gentle tang to the drink and makes it beneficial for digestion. This refreshing cocktail is perfect for summer days when you crave something light and cool. It can be served as a standalone drink or as an accompaniment to main dishes. The simplicity of preparation and minimal ingredient list make it accessible for any cook. The thickness can be adjusted, transforming it from a drink into a light cottage cheese salad, while sea salt adds sophistication to the flavor.

1
Wash and randomly chop vegetables and greens (instead of or along with dill you can use parsley and/or celery), place everything in a blender cup, add half of the chilled kefir (or sour milk, but then it should be diluted with mineral water to avoid thickness, or conversely add 1-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese to turn it into a cottage cheese salad, but then it will be a different dish), and blend until smooth.
