Ingredients

• Gin: 60 ml
• Pineapple: 70 g
• Lemon juice: 25 ml
• Celery: 15 g
• Celery bitters: 3 ml

Cooking steps

1. Mash two small pieces of pineapple with a muddler in a shaker. Add ice. Pour in gin, squeeze lemon juice, add a dash of bitters. Shake.

   Required ingredients:

   • Pineapple: 70 g
   • Gin: 60 ml
   • Lemon juice: 25 ml
   • Celery bitters: 3 ml

2. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a piece of celery.
