Tarkhuna with lemon is a refreshing drink that combines the spicy notes of tarragon with the citrus freshness of lemon. Its history roots in traditional Eastern recipes where herbs were used to create aromatic and healing infusions. The sparkling water makes the taste light and playful, while sugar softens the bitterness of the greens. This drink is perfect for a hot day as it quenches thirst and invigorates.
