Ginger tea is a warming and aromatic drink known for its healing properties. Its history dates back to traditional Eastern medicine, where ginger was used to boost immunity and improve digestion. This tea combines the bright spice of fresh ginger, the gentle tartness of lemon, and the sweetness of honey, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. Clove adds depth to the aroma, enriching the drink. Such tea is ideal for cold days, helps fight colds and invigorates. It pairs well with baked goods or honey desserts. Its rich flavor can be altered by adding cinnamon, cardamom or other spices, creating new variations of this classic drink.
