Homemade liqueur 'Baileys' is a refined drink inspired by the famous Irish cream liqueur. Its delicate creamy texture, sweetness of condensed milk, and subtle notes of vanilla and coffee create a harmonious and rich flavor. The addition of vodka gives it strength while balancing the sweetness. This liqueur is perfect as a standalone dessert drink or as an ingredient for cocktails. It can be served chilled with ice cubes, enhancing an elegant evening. Historically, 'Baileys' has become a symbol of elegance and sophistication, and the homemade version allows enjoying its taste without industrial additives. After aging in a warm place, the liqueur acquires a special depth of flavor, making it an essential attribute for cozy gatherings and friendly conversations.
