Boil well-washed sea buckthorn for 5 minutes over medium heat (up to 100 degrees), then lightly mash it with a pestle.
- Sea buckthorn: 200 g
- Water: 1 l

Pour the water with the mashed berries into a French press, add the sliced citrus and the remaining ingredients. Let it steep for another 5 minutes without allowing it to cool.
