Prepare espresso.
- Espresso: 60 ml

Prepare the blender, add: espresso, 5 ice cubes, water, and add 'sugar cane' syrup. Mix everything thoroughly.

Take a cocktail glass (up to 400 ml), pour in 1/4 cold milk (about 100 ml), add 3-4 ice cubes, and pour in the mixture prepared in a blender.
