Sparkling orangeade with mandarins is a refreshing drink born in gourmet cuisine but rooted in traditional citrus elixirs. Its taste is a harmony of sweetness and light bitterness, enriched with a subtle zest aroma. Infusing overnight reveals all the fruit's nuances, transforming simple juice into a rich and fragrant beverage. The addition of sparkling water gives the orangeade lightness and playful bubbles, making it an ideal choice for a hot day or festive gathering. This drink not only quenches thirst but also delights with its natural ingredients, offering an alternative to store-bought lemonades. Served chilled, it can be enhanced with ice and fresh citrus slices for even more flavor richness.

1
Thinly peel the orange and lemon zest, and place it in a glass bowl or pot.
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Oranges: 1 piece
2
Squeeze juice from a lemon, an orange, and two mandarins - it should yield about 300 ml of juice. Add the juice to the zest, stir in 3 tablespoons of sugar, and pour in 700 ml (or 3 cups) of hot boiled water. Mix well. Cover and let it sit overnight.
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Oranges: 1 piece
- Tangerines: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons
3
In the morning, take a 1.5-liter plastic bottle, pour in the infusion through a funnel, pushing the peel pieces into the neck — they will soften overnight and release their aroma into the infusion.
4
Add sparkling water (the ratio of infusion to soda is 2:1). Sugar can be added to taste. Close the bottle and put it in the fridge!
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons
