Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the water bath. Mix cocoa powder, half a cup of room temperature milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the melted chocolate. Stir well and cool to room temperature.

- Cocoa: 2 tablespoons
- Milk 2%: 1.5 glass
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Blend the chocolate mass, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of espresso, and crushed ice. Whip until smooth.
