Mix water with milk. Heat slowly until boiling.
- Milk: 2 glasss
- Water: 1 glass

Meanwhile, in a dry pan, roast cinnamon, crushed clove, anise, pepper, a piece of ginger root, almond, and cardamom (if in pods, open them and remove the seeds; if ground, add to the drink at the end).
- Cinnamon: 1 piece
- Carnation: 10 pieces
- Anise (star anise): 2 pieces
- Black peppercorns: 10 pieces
- Ginger root: 15 g
- Almond: 5 piece
- Cardamom: 10 pieces

Add all the spices to the milk, keeping it on the heat, and simmer for 3-5 minutes while stirring.

- Almond: 5 piece

Add sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cardamom (if ground) to taste.

Add tea and boil for another 5 minutes.
- Assam tea: 2 teaspoons
