Spritzer with peaches and rosemary is a refined embodiment of Austrian elegance in a refreshing drink. This cocktail stems from the tradition of light wine beverages in Austria but gains special sophistication through the harmonious blend of sweet ripe peaches and the spicy aroma of fresh rosemary. Peaches simmered in herbal-infused sugar syrup turn into juicy pieces infused with delicate freshness. Dry white wine adds refinement to the drink, while soda water refreshes it, making it perfect for summer relaxation. Served over ice, this spritzer features a pleasant balanced sweet-sour flavor palette and a soft herbal note, turning each sip into a small delight. It pairs perfectly with light snacks and fruits, creating an atmosphere of a laid-back summer evening.
