Almond milk is a drink rooted in Italian traditions. Its delicate nutty flavor, slightly sweet, creates a perfect balance between freshness and richness. This elixir was popular among the aristocracy as almonds have long been valued for their nutritional value and exquisite aroma. It is made by turning almonds into a fine powder mixed with sugar and mineral water, then steeped in coolness. After filtration, it acquires transparency and a silky texture. It is best served chilled with ice cubes that reveal all flavor nuances. Almond milk can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink on a hot day or used in baking to add Italian charm to desserts.
