Pour alcohol and 60 ml of water into a bottle, add lemon zest (no juice needed), cinnamon, and cloves. Close it and let it sit for 10 days.
- Vodka: 300 ml
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Cinnamon sticks: 2 pieces
- Carnation: 5 piece

Pour honey into a pot and add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat until reduced by half. Cool down. Filter the infusion and mix with the syrup. Seal and let sit for 30 days. Optionally, filter to remove sediment.
