Hot Hot Chocolate

If you drink hot chocolate in the morning, you can forget about breakfast. And this recipe also has a spoonful of cognac added.

Grating chocolate on a coarse grater is not mandatory to the very end; the main thing is that most of it is shredded and there are no too large pieces.
- Dark chocolate: 100 g

Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, break the chili in half, and place them along with the cinnamon stick in a saucepan with milk. Heat the milk over the fire, bringing it to a strong heat without boiling. Then add the grated chocolate and cook for about ten minutes while stirring.
- Vanilla pod: 0.5 piece
- Chili pepper: 1 piece
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece
- Milk: 400 ml
- Dark chocolate: 100 g

Remove the spices, add sugar to the chocolate to taste, take off the heat, and pour in cognac or amaretto.

Pour the drink into cups, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with chocolate crumbs or cocoa powder.
