Lemon-ginger iced tea with raspberry ice is a refreshing drink that combines the brightness of citrus, the warming aroma of ginger, and the sweet tenderness of raspberry. This recipe is inspired by traditional European herbal teas that have been used for centuries for vitality and wellness. Honey adds a soft sweetness to the drink while white tea maintains a light flavor. Raspberry ice turns each serving into a refined gastronomic delight as it melts, imparting fruity freshness to the beverage. Lemon juice balances the sweetness of honey, creating a refreshing tartness, while mint at the finish adds coolness. This tea is perfect for summer evenings, gatherings with friends, or simply as a morning energy boost.
