In a saucepan, mix raspberries, sugar, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stirring, reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, cool. Strain through a sieve and pour the syrup into a pitcher.
- Frozen raspberries: 300 g
- Cane sugar: 440 g
- Lemon juice: 60 ml
