In a pot, mix sugar and 600 ml of water. Lightly crush the lemongrass stalks with a rolling pin and add to the pot. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes until syrupy. Leave to cool.
- Cane sugar: 75 g
- Lemon grass: 2 stems

Strain the cooled syrup into a pitcher and add the grated zest of 2 oranges, then the juice of 6 oranges and lemons. Mix and set to chill.
- Oranges: 6 pieces
- Lemon: 2 pieces
