Irish coffee

Irish coffee embodies the spirit and warmth of Ireland. The drink was born in the 1940s when bartender Joe Sheridan decided to warm frozen airport passengers in Foynes by adding whiskey to coffee. Since then, this drink has become a symbol of coziness and sophistication. Irish coffee has a rich flavor where the strength of Irish whiskey harmoniously blends with the depth of espresso and the sweetness of cane syrup. The composition is completed by airy cream, giving the drink a velvety texture. It is perfect for leisurely evenings when you want to enjoy a wealth of flavors and feel the cozy Irish character in every drop.
