Masala chai with pepper is a fragrant Indian drink rooted in ancient Ayurvedic traditions. This tea combines the astringency of black tea with the depth of milky notes, warming cardamom, spicy clove, and piquant black pepper. In India, it is known for its ability to invigorate and warm in cool weather. The drink's special charm comes from its rich spicy flavor harmoniously balanced with sweetness from sugar. It is important to serve it hot to fully reveal all the spice aromas. Masala chai is an ideal companion for leisurely conversations and cozy evenings, as well as a popular remedy for restoring energy.
