Italian Hot Chocolate

Italian hot chocolate is a true delight for lovers of rich and velvety desserts. Unlike classic cocoa, it has a thick creamy consistency thanks to arrowroot, which gives the drink a light silkiness. This recipe originates from Italy, where hot chocolate is considered not just a drink but part of the gastronomic culture. The 70% dark chocolate creates a deep rich flavor, while orange zest adds a refined citrus freshness. Cream makes the chocolate tender and warming – perfect for cold evenings or cozy gatherings. Served hot with a garnish of zest, it enchants with its aroma and offers true pleasure from the first sip.
