Pour the high-alcohol dry red wine into a large pot and place it on low heat.

When the wine heats up to about 70 degrees, add spices and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Cinnamon sticks: 3 pieces
- Ground nutmeg: 0.1 teaspoon
- Carnation: 6 pieces
- Ground allspice: 0.1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 0.5 glass

Then pour cognac into the wine, add sliced oranges and lemon, and continue to simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. During this time, you can add more sugar to taste.
