Mulled wine with white wine, rum and raisins

Fortified mulled wine, in which strong rum is sent to help the light white wine. Add another half hour to the usual cooking time - the raisins need to be thoroughly soaked in rum.

Soak the raisins in rum for 30 minutes.
- Light raisins: 7 tablespoons
- White rum: 250 ml

Use a vegetable peeler to remove the zest from half a lemon and cut it into several large pieces. Break the cinnamon stick into two parts.
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece

Mix wine, sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon in a pot and heat over medium heat. Stir until almost boiling, then remove from heat. Remove pieces of lemon zest and cinnamon from the liquid.
- Dry white wine: 750 ml
- Sugar: 7 tablespoons
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece

Pour the rum into glasses, adding a little raisin or clove to each. Add hot wine to the glasses and serve immediately.
