In a large pot, mix wine and unfiltered packaged apple juice. Add sugar, a cinnamon stick broken into 3 pieces, 2 star anise, liqueur, fresh or frozen cranberries, and sliced apples and lemons.
- Red dry wine: 750 ml
- Apple juice: 1 l
- Sugar: 0.7 glass
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece
- Anise (star anise): 2 pieces
- Cointreau: 4 tablespoons
- Fresh cranberries: 100 g
- Green apples: 3 pieces
- Lemon: 1 piece

Stirring, bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 10 minutes.
