Boil 1 liter of water in the kettle.
- Apple juice without pulp: 1 l

Put black tea in a jar and pour boiling water over it.
- Black tea: 2 teaspoons

Add 2 sticks of cinnamon to the tea jar.

Let it steep for 15 minutes.

Strain the tea through a sieve into a clean jar.

Add apple juice to the brewed tea and stir well with a spoon until smooth.

Return cinnamon sticks to the tea and add rosemary sprigs.

Wash the lemon and apple.

Slice the lemon into rounds and the apple into thin wedges.

Remove the cinnamon and rosemary. You can add ice and mint sprigs to the tea.
