Krambambulya with red pepper

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix 1 cup of water and half a cup of vodka.
- Water: 1 glass
- Vodka: 750 ml

Pour the mixture into a pot and bring it to almost boiling.
- Vodka: 750 ml

As soon as the first timid bubbles appear, add honey.
- Honey: 2 tablespoons

Add spices and throw in a red pepper pod.
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cloves: 1 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg: 0.3 teaspoon
- Fresh red pepper: 1 piece

Keep the contents of the pot at the brink of boiling for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the remaining vodka, and let it sit covered for a while.
- Vodka: 750 ml

Then pass through several layers of gauze.

Krammbambula can be served hot or cold, so it is recommended to pour the hot drink into heat-resistant glasses and drink it immediately.

Seal the remaining krambambulya in a bottle, store it in a dark place, and let it sit for a few days, then strain it again and compare the result.
