Place the pears in the pan and pour water over them.
- Pears: 8 pieces

Remove the seeds from the vanilla and add it to the pan.

- Honey: 4 tablespoons
- Cardamom pods: 6 pieces

Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Pour half of the syrup into a bowl, remove the spices, add a tea bag and dried fruits, and leave it overnight.

Leave the pears to cool in the syrup.
