Sea buckthorn tea with pear is a fragrant and warming drink perfect for cool evenings. Sea buckthorn, known for its health benefits, gives the tea a rich tart-sweet flavor while the pear adds softness and fruity tenderness. This recipe comes from Russian cuisine where sea buckthorn was traditionally used to boost immunity. Spicy notes of cinnamon, star anise, and sage make the tea especially cozy. Mint adds freshness and honey provides pleasant sweetness balancing the taste. The tea is not only delicious but also beneficial: it warms you up, strengthens the body, and offers pleasure with its rich, multifaceted aroma. It pairs wonderfully with baked goods, nuts, and fruits creating an atmosphere of comfort and enjoyment.
