Mix milk with cream in a saucepan.
- Milk: 600 ml
- Cream 22%: 200 ml

Heat without boiling.

Add cocoa powder, mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous mass. Filter if necessary.

Add ground cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, or additional favorite spices to the prepared mixture.
