Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.
- Pumpkin: 150 g

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Blend the baked pumpkin, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
- Cinnamon: 2 g

Mix 150 ml of milk and the obtained pumpkin puree in a pitcher.
- Milk: 300 ml

Whip with a cappuccino maker to 60 degrees.

Make espresso.

Pour the remaining 150 ml of heated milk into a tall glass, then add coffee and pumpkin puree.
